I definitely wouldn't recommend this company! Even after giving them clear instructions not to, they go ahead and renew your subscription automatically, and they outright deny any refund requests. Trying to cancel any of their products is a real hassle, and they keep charging you year after year. Seriously, steer clear of them if you can.

I strongly advise against using this company! Despite clearly instructing them not to, they automatically renew your subscription and flat out refuse to issue a refund. Cancelling any of their products is an incredibly arduous process, and they will persistently continue to charge you every year. I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

"The absolute worst experience ever."
Honestly, this has been the most terrible experience I've ever encountered. I really wish I hadn't linked my work email with them. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. They truly are the worst in nearly every way.

"I feel totally ripped off."
They renewed my subscription without asking me and hit my credit card for $800. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn’t help me at all, and their customer service was just awful.

"A really bad experience."
This is just plain awful! First off, their customer service is totally unreliable. To make matters worse, I keep running into problems trying to get into my control panel because of all the redirects. It's super annoying that they don't have any kind of tech support. And to top it all off, they charge way more than other providers. I've been with them as my backup hosting since 2008, but I'm now moving all my domains over to Godaddy. Honestly, I think Fatcow is gonna go under in the next few years.

"This is a terrible review."
This is absolutely terrible! Firstly, their service is completely unreliable. On top of that, I constantly encounter issues accessing my control panel due to numerous redirects. It's incredibly frustrating that they lack any form of technical support. What's worse is that they charge double the amount compared to other providers. I've been using them as my secondary hosting company since 2008, but now I'm in the process of transferring all my domains to Godaddy. In my opinion, Fatcow will inevitably go out of business within the next few years.

The customer service for tech issues is totally absent. I've been a dedicated customer for over ten years, and I can't even get a hold of their support team. I picked them as my provider because they were promoted as a green choice, especially compared to others back then. But now, I'm noticing that their English skills are slipping, their tech reliability is going downhill, and they seem less inclined to help loyal customers like me. It's really frustrating to see that I've poured a good chunk of change into a pretty basic business website that's been down for months, all because FatCow won't step up and give the help I need.

The tech support is absolutely non-existent. I've been a loyal customer for more than a decade, and I can't even manage to get in touch with their tech support team. I initially chose them as my service provider because they were marketed as an environmentally-friendly option, especially when compared to others available at that time. However, I am now realizing that the company's proficiency in English is declining, their technical reliability is deteriorating, and their willingness to assist long-standing customers with any form of support is diminishing. It's disheartening to see that I have invested a significant amount of money into a fairly basic business website that has been non-operational for several months, all because FatCow refuses to provide the necessary support.

I've had an awful time with their domain services. A week ago, I tried to make a simple DNS update, but my changes still aren’t live. I've reached out to their support team daily, but they've been dodgy and first denied there were any problems. Finally, today they confessed that there’s a real issue on their side, and it’ll take another 24 hours to fix. This is just not okay, especially since these updates should usually be done in minutes. It’s really frustrating that it’s gonna take over a week to sort this out, and honestly, I’m not too sure it’ll be fixed tomorrow, given how poorly this has gone so far.

I have had the most terrible experience with their domain services. I attempted to make a simple DNS change a week ago, but my changes have still not gone live. I have been in contact with their support team every day, but they have been evasive and initially denied any issues. However, today they finally admitted that there is indeed a problem on their end, and it will take another 24 hours to resolve. This is completely unacceptable considering that these changes should typically be completed within minutes. It is frustrating that it will take over a week to resolve, and I am not confident that it will actually be resolved tomorrow, given the poor experience I have had so far.
"Fatcow's web hosting has become a total disaster."
I just got hit with a 2.5% hike in my plan without any heads-up. My monthly bill jumped from $118 to $296, which is an extra $178. To make things worse, they took the money out automatically months before my renewal was even on the horizon. And get this, their phone support is totally disconnected, so I can't even sort this out directly. They say the price increase is for two reasons: 1. They claim it's because of the rising costs of tech and support, and 2. They say it's to help with inflation. Honestly, I think this is just plain unacceptable. It feels like a situation that could lead to a class action lawsuit.
